Based in Lewisville, TX, Bauchman Consulting is a small family owned software consulting firm that puts an emphasis on quality over quantity. Having spent years working with companies where the work tends to become "how much can we get out the door", instead of "how well can we produce this product", we wanted to bring a consulting firm to the mix that valued high quality craftsmanship over turning out a high number of projects. Our company motto, "Measure Twice, Code Once" lends itself to our craftsman's approach to doing business. Using Agile programming practices and frameworks, we can deliver more accurate estimates, leading to a higher quality end product for our customers. Gary D. Bauchman Jr.
Owner/Architect
Gary brings with him 20 years of professional experience in the insurance, oil and gas, financial, hospitality, and retail sectors. He has held positions encompassing all sides of the IT spectrum where he has built a background based in enterprise level desktop, web, database, and mobile architecture and development, as well as a wide knowledge of solid project and people management techniques, coupled with a strong belief in delivering quality products in a timely manner.

Office Manager
Elissa is our office manager. She keeps our day to day lives in order around the office.
John von Reider IV, MTA
Database Developer
John has been doing database development and administration for the past 3 years after making a decision to change careers from accounting and finance, and make a move towards something he truely enjoyed. John has been honing his skills, and is currently pursuing certifications to further his knowledge and skillset.
